All properties are inspected annually by the Southern Tourist Board and the classifications are given on the property specification. They are fully equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday. Please check the suitability of a property for anyone with a disability, as they are not adapted for the disabled. There is an extra charge for Bed Linen & Towels which is available from our hire service along with Cots, High Chairs and Z Beds should they be needed.These items can be ordered when sending your final payment. At certain properties the Bed Linen is included in the rental charge. However if you prefer to bring your own linen, please be aware that all beds have Duvets & Pillows (Cot Linen is not available). Pets are allowed at certain properties strictly by arrangement at a charge of £10 per pet, please refer to property specification. We ask that if you are bringing a pet to ensure that they will have had all the necessary flea treatment so as not to cause any problems for the following tenants. Thank you. Occupation commences after 3pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, to allow time for servicing ready for the next tenants.
