Within a few minutes walk of the busy harbour, ferry terminal, restaurants, shops and main bus route to all parts of the island. The beaches of Colwell Bay, Totland Bay, Freshwater Bay and Alum Bay Pleasure Park, famous for it’s coloured sands and the Needles Rocks, Compton Bay and Brook are all approximately five to fifteen minutes drive away all offering a selection of sand/shingle beaches. Fort Victoria Country Park and beach with barbecue facilities, café and exhibition centres, are about ten minutes walk away.

• DINING ROOM - With dining table, chairs and sideboard.
• SITTING ROOM - Comfortably furnished with sofa and chairs, colour TV, Video and coffee table.

• BEDROOM 1 - Has two 2’6” single beds, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and vanity unit in cupboard.
• BEDROOM 2 - Has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Door leading to:
• BATHROOM - Bath, shower, wc, washbasin and tumble dryer.

DUVETS ARE PROVIDED ON ALL BEDS. COVERS ARE NOT SUPPLIED BUT CAN BE HIRED.

There is an extremely pleasant enclosed garden with washing line, bench, table and sitting out chairs. Gas and electricity are included in the rental charges, and central heating is available. Parking for one car at the side of the cottage.
