The beaches at Colwell Bay and Totland Bay offering safe bathing on sandy/shingle beaches are a five-minute drive away, as is Freshwater offering a variety of shops and a leisure centre.

There is a small patio garden at the rear of the property with table and chairs. Gas and electricity are included in the rental charges and central heating is also included if required.
