Fort Victoria Country Park and beach with barbecue facilities, café and exhibition centres, are about ten minutes walk away. Parking is at the rear of the property in a private courtyard and a garage.

Patio doors lead to pleasant enclosed lawned garden and parking area.

Stairs from lounge lead to: BEDROOM 1 - Double bed, bedside tables, fitted mirrored wardrobes with shelves. BEDROOM 2 - Two single beds, bedside table and fitted mirrored wardrobes. BATHROOM - With large shower, wash hand basin and wc.
