This three bedroom semi detached house situated on the outskirts of Freshwater has recently been refurbished and is within walking distance of a supermarket and the Red Lion public house serving an extensive menu. There are a variety of country walks nearby including the old railway track which takes you into Yarmouth alongside the River Yar. The main area of Freshwater is a five minute walk with a variety of shops and sports centre with swimming pool. The house is comfortably furnished and is an ideal base for exploring the Island.

DINING ROOM: Dining room table, chairs and pine wall unit.

KITCHEN: Leads from dining room & is fully fitted with modern units, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and pine dresser. Doorway to patio and enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

CLOAKROOM: Leads from kitchen with Handbasin and wc.

BEDROOM 1: Has double bed, dressing table, fitted & freestanding wardrobe.

BEDROOM 2: Has pine double bed with canopy, fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
