This charming little cottage situated almost in the centre of the historic town of Yarmouth offers everything the smaller family will require for a lovely very comfortable holiday. This cottage sleeps four persons and offers the holidaymaker a high individual furnishing including the availability of its own off street parking area. The beaches at Colwell Bay and Totland Bay offering safe bathing on sandy/shingle beaches are a five-minute drive away, as is Freshwater offering a variety of shops and a leisure centre.

LOUNGE:  Comfortably furnished with TV, DVD, radio and three piece suite, leading to:

KITCHEN/DINING AREA:  With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, dresser, table and chairs. Overlooks patio garden.

Dining area leads to Shower Room with WC

Stairs lead to:

BEDROOM 1: With king size double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and dressing table. En-suite bathroom with shower and wc.

BEDROOM 2: With two single beds, dressing table and bedside cabinets.

DUVETS & PILLOWS ARE PROVIDED AND LINEN / TOWELS CAN BE HIRED FROM OUR LINEN SERVICE.

There is a small patio garden at the rear of the property with table and chairs. Gas and electricity are included in the rental charges and central heating is also included if required.

This property sleeps FOUR persons and is let from FRIDAY to FRIDAY.
