Restaurants, shops and indeed the port itself are just a few minutes walk away. The Yar estuary and the beautiful surrounding area of West Wight with the beaches of Freshwater Bay, Compton and Alum Bay are either within walking distance or a few minutes drive.

Accommodation

Entrance located in the middle of the front of the house opens to the Hall with:

Lounge/Sitting Room: (Double aspect) Comfortably furnished with large four seater sofa, armchairs, TV,video, Hi-Fi,and occasional tables.

Kitchen:  Compact, and fitted with a range of kitchen units, gas cooker, dishwasher, with doorway to Dining Room and door leading to Utility Room with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, additional sink with single drainer.

At the End of the Hall

Dining Room: Dropleaf dining table, chairs, display cabinet and a large server/sideboard.

Shower Room: with shower cubicle & WC.

Leading to:

Conservatory/Sun Room: Tables and chairs ideal for Breakfast TV and a 3 piece suite with loose cushions. Door to garden , which is enclosed and has the benefit of a high wall giving almost complete privacy, the large patio is ideal for summer evenings and that barbeque .

Stairs from the Hallway lead to:

Bedroom 1: Which is double aspect and comfortably furnished, with double bed with wall lights over which are controlled from the bed. Fitted wardrobe with drawers inside and a separate dressing table and armchair.

Bedroom 2: Contains 2 single 3' beds which can be placed and fixed together to make a super king-size bed. Fitted wardrobe with drawers inside and mirror over. 2 bedside tables and lights

Bedroom 3: Has two 3 foot bunk beds and a hanging modern wardrobe.

Bathroom: bath with hand shower attachment, WC, and handbasin.

Duvets and pillows are provided on all beds but covers are not included in the Tariff. However these may be hired from our Laundry Service .

Gas and Electricity are included in the Rental Tariff and Central Heating is also available

The Property is carpeted throughout except in the Hall, Kitchen and the Dining Room which have the benefit of polished wood floors. There is ample parking space.

This Property sleeps SIX persons and is let from Friday to Friday.
